We had a wonderful stay. Food was great, not a lot of different restaurants but enough menu items you can try something new every night. All the staff and service teams were very polite and helpful, especially Edwin and Jose. Would highly recommend this place to groups or couples looking for an intimate atmosphere. Our only complaint would be that the entertainment at night could be longer, or a little more lively!

We loved our stay. Loved our room. Wish we had a jacuzzi tub but the shower was nice. The tropical view room had a nice private balcony. Very restful and quiet resort. The customer service was top tier. Every staff member genuinely wanted to see us enjoying ourselves and were willing to help with anything at a moments notice. Only dislike was during check in, after a long night of traveling, they sit you down with a pushy salesperson who tries to get you to attend their seminar in order to sell you on additional vacation opportunities. Upon declining they will continue to call your room phone and inquire if you have changed your mind.

We enjoyed our time . food was good. the staff was great. The resort is clean. A little too pushy after check in with the vip host. The last thing anyone wants after traveling all day is to be sold anything other than food and drinks . The resort was little too quiet for our liking. Music at pool was terrible. Nightlife was none existent.Not walking distance to anything . Taxis are a complete rip off. The resort is def great for older guests and golfers . I would have given 5 stars but my husband never got a call back regarding items he forgot that he wanted mailed to us at our cost.

Smaller than ones we've stayed in before; friendly staff. Our butler, Oscar, was attentive and helpful without hovering. Millie, the aqua exercise instructor, was the best: friendly, enthusiastic, fun and knew her program. We were disappointed in the water - pools not heated; water temp great in ocean, but the debris floating in made it not tempting to go in. Our first day there, we spent a great deal of time in the ocean; it was really nice for swimming as well. The pools was way too cold and so it was a challenge to get in it.
