the beach was so beautiful, and easy access from my hotel
beds were great, maids cleaned daily, property was beautiful.
I was very disappointed in so many things, food in buffet was bland and staff not friendly, and didn't bring drinks when we sat down, I had to get up and get them - Then in the two restaurants where we had to make reservations, the Italian food was small in portions and we had to order more food, the lasagna noodles were hard... the Mexican place, there was no music on, the waitress only came once to take our order, then NEVER came back, I had to flag down another one to get more water :(
my phone didn't work in my room, I asked 3 times for one that worked, never got one, I had to walk all the way to the front which was at the other end of the property, to get questions answered. Several times, there was no toilet paper in bathrooms ugh....

They are also very very understanding. The vibe is sooo great !!! The rooms are super clean too! They also include very cool trips for free! The ONLY bad thing is everything closed sooooo early (2am). Other than that , a perfect resort for families and couples!

The resort was nice and clean, kids friendly, on the other hand, the food was the same everyday. And the evening entertaiment can be better. I did sign up for a sales presentation and they were very persistant calling it a welcoming.

The resort itself is nice, and staff is friendly, and helpful. Entertainment team was awesome!!! Only thing that could have been better is the food, it was not the greatest tasted bland, and needs variety.

Hotel is part of a gated community. Very peaceful hotel; family friendly; food was average. Best part was not being bothered by time-share sales staff.

Very friendly and safe location! The staff was great even though they DID change our room after we left the DO NOT DISTURB sign. The Italian Restaurant was amazing for the 24th but service was a disaster after that. Our waiter the first night was Venezuelan and did a glorious job. The next night, we actually walked out cause the service was so bad. other than that, the buffet was awesome. The snack bar is adequate.
