Staff were incredibly friendly, housekeeping came by twice a day (cleaning during the day, turn down service at night), and food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive. Rooftop & pool are beautiful - music is quite loud in the afternoon, so just to note if that’s not your vibe. Would 10/10 recommend and would book again in a second.

Staff were inconsiderate and caught lying. Travel agents that looked after the excursions did nothing to assist when our excursion was a disaster. This was all booked through them direct at the hotel. The paid transportation ran an hour and a half behind. We were misinformed about how many people in our excursion. It was boring and not what we asked for or expected lunch was not provided to us because they ran an hour and a half behind. They refused to accommodate us or refund a partial amount. Rooms are extremely loud if you are street side. Food is horrible and do not pay for the all inclusive. The lovely lady was sitting at the right when you walk in and was the only one that was kind and helpful. Do not recommend this hotel. Stay at the Hyatt Centric. Much better in every way.

I had a wonderful stay at The Reef 28 Hotel. The facilities were super clean. The staff were all very courteous and kind. They were always ready to help at a moment's notice. The amenities were also a great perk of this hotel. I loved the rooftop pool, it gave beach club vibes. The location was very convenient to everything as well. 11/10 definitely recommend.
