"These staff need a little bit more training. We were directed to the wrong floor for our room and it was a little frustrating because we had all of our luggage going up and down the stairs only to find out we were on the completely wrong floor of the building, but were told that we were on the bottom floor. Also, we were awoken early one morning to a very loud phone conversation outside at 8 AM by one of your staff. I just thought that was a little bit rude and not really appropriate for work. You could hear the conversation from the top floor as they were on the ground having the phone conversation. You could see other guests having the same reaction as we did.
The amenities were fantastic and the rooms were quite perfect. We will definitely be staying here again. The grounds were beautiful and I just couldn’t ask for more from a hotel. The pool was fantastic and big!!"
