The registration staff was fantastic....however, when I arrived to the room it was disgusting. Very dirty with outlets "burned out" and the fan/air conditioner gross and filthy. Missing bulbs in the light sockets in both the main room and bathroom (clearly a health code violation). I had to spend time cleaning the air conditioner filter and ceiling fan which clearly hadn't been done in years...just so we could use them. We understand the rooms are outdated, and accept that fact, but the filth is unacceptable. Our friend stayed in a room 2 doors down and his place was worse than ours. This place is in a prime location and is getting a premium price....but not worth it! Please take a look at the critical reviews and know they are true. You will also note a pattern of responses that indicate a 5 star rating after the poor reviews. This may be an internal way for the hotel to address poor reviews. Again, the reception person was fantastic...the rooms are horrible. We are not looking for a refund, but just want to share our observations with other Travelocity clients. Best of luck.

This is definitely not a “resort”, and for the price we paid we are glad we only spent one night here. Assigned the room behind the dive shop. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom. Very run down motel room. Perhaps the canal side rooms were better? Not sure what others are seeing with their “exceptional” reviews. I would definitely not stay here again!

Old motel, that looks it, with very comfortable beds, nice shower, helpful staff and easy to find location. Unseasonably cold weather so extra blankets were provided and ownership team kept propane heaters fired up in Tiki Bar. Not the Ritz but definitely met our sleeping needs.

The housekeeps is a sweetheart ❤️ The owner is awesome!!!! And his employee is too I did not get he name. This location is ideal!!! You can get to anywhere from here. This location is really quiet 😊😊😊 Definitely coming back

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. The place is run down and very dirty. The sheets are covered in stains and feces was on the bathroom wall. They refused to give me a refund stating I had used the shower and bed which I did not. Do NOT stay at this hotel!

It was a great place nice pool area and the Tiki bar and grill was right next door we ended up staying there for New Year’s Eve and they had excellent entertainment for the evening all in all we will definitely go back there again

The entire staff was unfriendly. The only request we had was some towels and an extra blanket. We were told there were no extra blankets and towels were limited. The beds didn’t even come with a blanket on them. The facility was run down and needs serious improvements. Overall it was a terrible experience. Don’t stay here!

Would not stay again.

Bar is very loud until midnight. Like turn your tv way up and try to drown it out. Not good for an early wake up. Rooms doors do not seem very safe. There is no interior only lock for one of the doors. The check in desk closes at 5pm and then the only way to reach someone for check in is to go to the bar. There is no one answering voice mail or text messages. Bathroom is very dated but clean. Beds and lines are okay. But if its too loud to sleep, it doesnt matter much.

I was very pleased with the room overall, the tiki bar had awesome food. My only complaints I had was the live music every night I was there (they did cut off at 930 but I was getting up at 5 each morning) as well as the fact that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in my bathroom and I searched everywhere and couldn’t find another roll. Wouldn’t have been an issue but I ran out at 230am when no one was around. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable
