Sadly, not a great experience.

We repeatedly asked for the room to be cleaned (there was obvious baby throw up throughout the room), and we asked for an additional blanket, but we never got any of these items. It was a rough stay.

We love this hotels breakfast and suites so we come and stay every time on our yearly trip but booked a room for 4 and had no pillows for the pullout couch. We called down and asked for 2 pillows and an extra blanket. Waited awhile but we wanted to get to bed after a long day of travel so called again so say we had called but wanted to get to bed if we can get the pillows and blanket. Once again no one came and my kids had to sleep without pillows and one has been complaining all day of a sore neck. I was not impressed with the service this time but breakfast waa fantastic as always

It was a very busy hotel. I chose to stay because of restaurant and lounge in hotel. Problem was never able order dinner because hotel was seriously understaffed for the number of guest. Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable

The one bedroom suite was suitable enough for me and my sons as we were in Philly for sightseeing. Clean room, clean beds, bathroom was nice. There were several annoying issues during our stay. The front desk woman, who was there both mornings of our stay, was snarky and borderline rude. An attitude reflecting indifference to my concerns. Elevators down. Oh well. Asked for extra towels…roll of the eyes and “I’ll tell housekeeping”…no towels. Ended up asking the night staff and was given towels immediately. Both mornings the pool was not open at 8am. Again, met with indifference from the front desk. Maintenance staff did respond promptly and I was relaxing in the hot tub soon thereafter. The restaurant is more like a fast food counter where you place your order at the bar, then it’s brought out to you. If I’m paying $25 for a hamburger, I’d prefer to sit comfortably at a table when ordering. I learned the hard way they don’t want you to bring in outside food or drink. Ok, no problem. Maybe let us know at check in. To that point…how about letting me know I was on the hook for $30 tax for parking/nt Didn’t find this out till I checked out Nice surprise…and again, indifference from the same front desk woman…”well that’s just our policy” When I asked what other options I had to park, the response was..you don’t have any. Maybe just add this to the cost of the room instead of hiding it as an exorbitant fee? Maybe tell me about the cost when I’m checking in? Shady practices at best.

We needed a last-minute hotel to stay in after our flights were canceled. We were able to make a last-minute one night booking and when we arrived at the hotel very late we were completely surprised and happy to find such a beautiful and comfortable hotel for our one night stay. The courtesy shuttle to and from the airport was a huge plus as well.
