"Central to anything you want to do downtown."
Room was very comfortable, cracked vanity top in bathroom, broken door knob on closet but both still usable. Room was clean, elegant and quiet, no noise from neighbors. Bedding was plush. Check in was quick and the staff very courteous. I enjoyed my stay and will return again in the future.

"Best hotel for walking and enjoying the city "
The Omni Severin in downtown Indianapolis, IN is a beautiful hotel that allowed my group of friends to walk to Bankers One Life, and many of the finer restaurant and night life location. I even like that the downtown police department for a safety point of view is so close to the hotel. The hotel staff was vary accommodating for extra towels, information about functions and tourist information around town. I spent time in the lobby, the sports bar as well as time in my room and well satisfied.

"Beautiful hotel in downtown Indy "
Booked a room at le Meridien for my birthday weekend. When we got there I had a little chat with concierge about our plans. He was a really nice guy and he wished me a happy birthday and told us we would be staying on the top floor, corner room. Now so far the hotel was beautiful, but when we got to our room I was really impressed. The room was comfortably modern and had an amazing view of downtown. The next morning after a late night of celebrating we woke up and gathered our things to head down to the lobby. It was quarter after eleven and glass of coffee was a must, little did I know they stopped serving coffee eleven. No problem. The concierge ran back and grabbed a hot cup of joe real fast. I don't think I would of made it out the front door without that cup of coffee. All in all it was a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Indy. The only negative thing was when I received my final invoice there was a significant charge for the restaurant in the hotel. I wish I had the time to visit it because it looked like a cool place but I had dinner and drinks elsewhere. I called the concierge that checked us in and he said it would be refunded. How the charge made it on to my account is a mystery but I still waiting for it to be refunded to my card.

"Beautiful inviting atmosphere"
We stayed at The Alexander Sat 1/28 as part of a birthday/romantic getaway weekend. We loved this hotel. Justin at the Front Desk was fabulous. We especially enjoyed the many interesting works of art located throughout the building and even the parking garage. We did not take advantage of the lounge this trip, but plan to return to do so once the warmer weather returns. The room itself was very comfortable and the king size bed and bathroom were exceptionally nice. We did have breakfast at Yolk (attached to the hotel) on Sunday morning and enjoyed that meal as well. Overall, a very lovely experience.

"Comfortable room and polite staff"
I stayed at the JW Marriott while attending a conference at the convention center. The hotel is connected to the convention center by a skywalk. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and eager to help. I had nice dinners at both the sports bar and the higher end restaurants located at the hotel. The only negative was it was at times difficult to get a free elevator going up from the second floor because they would fill up on the first floor.

"Review of our stay"
The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We were very pleased with that. However, we selected it for the amenities. the pool was closed due to a large crowd the night before, the staff said. the hot tub had been taken out previously. the lounge/bar is closed for a while due to obtaining a liquor license and the snack bar was never open. So we had selected this hotel to relax, swim, hot tub then have a drink. but none of that was able to happen..... The nice breakfast was available from 6am - 9am. I woke up at 8:50 so I was not able to enjoy any breakfast. Very disappointing stay, as this was a little holiday "get away" for us. All there was to do was watch television. We could have done that at home and saved the $104.
