Great location, staff and nearby amenities. Rooms were clean and functional and price was super! I'm note sure what other reviewers were complaining about or experiencing but our stay was wonderful and we would stay again. It's a place to sleep and stay, no Taj Mahal, but price reflects that. Most important, it is clean!! If there was one complaint I would agree with, it is that the rooms are not "quiet". You definitely can hear other guests but if they are respectful, which they were during our stay, it 's nothing turning on the HVAC can't manage. We slept wonderfully on very comfortable beds.

will not be staying here again. very disappointed. the bed was broken and sliding across the floor, the toilet had beard hair on the seat, there was women's hair stuck to the shower wall, the noise outside of the window was terrible. There was a party going on downstairs and children unattended harassing guests and banging on windows with no staff present at the front desk. We will NOT be staying here again. I will stay at The Great Neck Inn in July when I visit my son for college.

It was horrible. First night they took an hour to check us in to finally getting a key to an occupied room. We scared the daylights out of another guests at midnight by walking into their room. We finally get into a new room and it’s a smoking room. My kids could barely breathe. They switched our rooms, (waste of time I didn’t have) to a room that had roaches. They admitted they have an issue with bugs and switched us again. The final room ended up not having a visible roach or smoke issue or have other people staying in it already. We had 4 rooms in 3 nights. Absolutely insane.

Staff was nice but charged the card on file instead of the card that was presented at check in. Room was very plain with the one piece of floor board popping out and the curtain was broken. Bathroom door did not close and all the furniture seems like it was second hand purchases. Will not stay there again.

Unfriendly staff. Slow wifi. Shower handle fell off, shower head gross and spits water out like a spigot. Loud Friday night DJ raged past midnight, but no one at the front desk on both nights. We were given one room wrist fob which stopped working the second day. The cleaning ladies were super loud in the morning. Why? Check out was just as unfriendly as check in. Disappointing because it’s a great location and good rates.

Did not stay for breakfast. Pulled into the lot and cones were blocking the parking spots. I had to move the cones and park. I was then charged $20.00 cash for valet parking? How much would it have been had they actually parked my car? The room was OK with the exception of the couch. The armrests were filthy. Rm 301. I took the pillow case covers and used them as sheets on the couch. Gross.
