I personally enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect if you are seeking for accessibility to the time square area. Bus station and subways are close by. Front desk was very friendly upon our arrival. We stayed on the 19th floor, and our view was the “perfect” view of NYC. We didn’t have have any noise complaints. The hotel was pretty clean, which included complementary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow drier. No iron was available. If you are looking for a spacious place, this is not the place (the name Pod Hotel says it all). However; for my husband and I it was perfect. For a solo trip the space is enough. Overall, I would stay here again.

Staff was fantastic, very friendly and responsive. The room was clean but the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, there was always a noticeable gap. Also the usb outlets next to the bed weren't working.
