The room was not worth the $315 a night I paid for. The door to the bathroom didn't shut, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which meant that when you took a hot shower(In December), it was extremely humid and just made everything all wet. The staff was nice but the room was not worth that much. Maybe $200 but thats it.

We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)

We moved to this hotel after the first one we booked was awful and had to chance so it felt like an upgrade but it was generally very outdated. Overall great location and staff are great but the windows in the room were draughty, and it needs a bit of a facelift.

The New Yorker was exactly what we needed as a place to crash after an 11 hour train ride. Bed and pillows were amazing and we slept great and the view was amazing from the 37th floor! Would definitely stay there again.
