Description of hotel was wrong. They do not provide 24 hr shuttle. I had major delays because i had to look for other means of transportation in the middle of the night

Staff did not greet us once we entered because the manager was busy yelling at her staff in front of us. Staff did not inform us of parking fee and told us we had to pay the attendant, come to find out it was charged to the bill. The door to our room was broken. We were not able to use our key to enter the room. Went back down stairs to be told the key card cannot be near a cell phone. There was debris on the floor in our room from the previous occupants. We did not feel safe nor welcomed. The staff was giving another couple that was checking in a hard time as well.
