Breakfast was self serve , good variety, tasty food and staff clearing and checking everything regularly. Shuttle service was excellent, dropped off hire car and got shuttle to hotel and then returned next day for our flight home. Really made it all very easy

Better than you would expect

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Our second stop here during the same trip as so convenient for JFK. For a chain hotel in a big city it's surprisingly friendly - as we left, all the staff we passed, everyone - wished us well.

Excellent Stay

Everyone, literally everyone on staff is friendly! From the free shuttle driver from the airport to the front desk hotel staff and housekeeping, restaurant staff, etc. The room was nice and clean, and modern. Bed was comfortable. We were just using this hotel as a overnight stay for a longer international trip. However, I would stay here again and again in a heartbeat. They are super accommodating and let us check in earlier (came in from a red eye) and check out a little later (our flight was in the evening). Easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at given the combined customer service and the hotel itself. Have already recommended this hotel to others!

The cleanliness, staff, service and and amenities of the property are very good. However, street parking near the property is very challenging and the property across from the hotel has garbage strewn along the sidewalk.
