Checking in took awhile as i already booked a room online. The bathroom sink was full of water and not gojng down. when maintenance FInally came they said there was a clip turned opposite way like we were suppose to know that. No sink fulls up like that when just washing hands/ face. There was a bug in the bathroom, one face cloth for two people

The advertised “free self parking” is severely limited and is first come first serve. There is not even anyplace to leave your car for check in and I was rudely told to move it, even though I saw dozens of others leaving their car in the same spot during check in. I was forced to find a spot on the street and was lucky to find one three blocks away, having to carry my bags back that distance.

Friendly staff, room was clean. My only complaint would be that the hotel shuttle was very slow to come pick us up.

We picked this room because it included breakfast, we ordered breakfast which you have to use room service due to covid and said we when we had to have it by and it never showed up and we had to leave. Very disappointed we had to travel with no breakfast.
