Thank you for your note. All concerns were not resolved to our satisfaction. - they did not have our reservation in place when we arrived so we had to wait 40 minutes while they found a room. - our remote control did not work in the room. The engineer dropped off another remote in our room when we were out and it did not work. We call again and they came, had adjust some programming and gave us a new one. - 12:30 AM, (in the morning) a staff member banged on our door multiple times and tried entering the room. He could not because of the bolt and continued to bang until we woke up. It scared my wife to death. I answered the door and he told us that some one else had paid for our room and we had to go down to address this right away. This was resolved but not before he tried to enter the room banging ang banging in the middle of the night.
