The room was relatively clean, but the facilities were quite poor. The shower handles were installed incorrectly — the cold water was labeled as hot. Halfway through my shower, I realized there was no conditioner provided. The hotel used to offer disposable slippers, but for the past few stays, I’ve been told they would “arrive in a couple of days.” It’s been months, and they still haven’t restocked. Honestly, it would be better to just say they no longer provide them. Overall, if I had to rate my stay out of 10, I could only give it a 4.
