The hotel is very convenient to everything in downtown Flushing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is within walking distance of many great places to grab a bite top eat.

It was very clean, the service was very friendly, fast and easy, the location was safe, and the subway was close. I was very satisfied. In particular, I used the shuttle bus, and the drivers were friendly. I was very grateful that they operated the shuttle bus even for one guest. If I go to New York again, I will definitely stay at the Sheraton Hotel. Thank you~~~~~

At first arrival I wasn't too sure about the area. But we got out and walked around and found it to be a nice area. The people were extremely nice as well. The staff at the hotel always made us feel welcomed no matter what time we came in. It was like they were waiting on us to return back to the hotel. It was easy access to the Subway. Just one block away. We truly enjoyed our stay.
