The room was very clean . The staff was very helpful , and the hotel itself was very clean . Laundry room , pool , gym was all very clean . I definitely recommend this hotel , and will stay again when I’m in New York .

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. In terms of cleanliness this hotel is wonderful. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, they’re warm and welcoming. I did not have to deal with parking because I did a Lyft everywhere I went. I would stay there again if I needed to, without any hesitation. However, the one thing that is not so transparent is that the hotel is in an area that looks very rundown. The hotel itself is accurately portrayed. However, the area around it is not accurately portrayed. I did not feel unsafe in the area, but if you’re looking for a really nice area, with beautiful buildings and grass, a 5-star area, this one wouldn’t be for you. If more like a 4 star hotel in a 2.5 geographical area. One thing that I liked, maybe everybody might not like it but I did was; the hotel is centered in a predominately Asian area. So all the buildings, the words, restaurants, etc. is in both English and Asian dialect. I love culture, so it was appealing to me, however, it may not be everyone’s cup of tea.

The room was almost spotless, one stray hair in the bathtub (not a great problem) and a very slightly stained pillowcase. An overly sweet and sickly smell in the reception area. Otherwise I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Grandchildren had fun in the pool. Reception staff were kind and very helpful. Room was lovely, king bed very comfy, elegantly made up. Bathroom spacious and well appointed with (wait for it) an actual bathtub. Felt very spoilt especially after spending 5 x as much on a rubbish hotel in Manhattan. Loved it.
