Overall, my stay wasn’t terrible, but I have stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns, and this one by far was the worst. It’s relatively small. The rooms are on the smaller side. You had to park on the street. Breakfast wasn’t good at all - just didn’t have much of a taste or food choices like other Fairfield Inns. Some of the ladies at the desk were very helpful and nice, but other ones, especially night shift, just seemed unprofessional and were geeking out and watching TikTok’s loudly in the lobby while making videos. The shuttle driver to the airport was very nice and sweet, but his driving was a little erratic at times and I was scared at times that he would wreck the vehicle.
Positives: very close to the airport, quiet neighborhood and stay, and right across the street from the police academy and from the Q26 bus, which staff did help us figure out public transportation the night we arrived so that was very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Overall, an okay place to stay if you’re just there to sleep.
