I’ve been to NYC many times and I always stay in the city, but this was close enough to manhattan that I could get there by car in 28 mins and it was much cleaner than Times Square, parking was better, hotel has valet (most hotels don’t), smelled great! Has pool, sauna and hot tub, view was pleasant, not the best, but had a great stay overall. The best thing is, it only took me 10 minutes to get to La Guardia, and that’s with traffic!!!

This is great hotel as to be expected. We wish they provided complimentary breakfast especially when a traveler has small children. The parking for guests could be priced more reasonable. It does not make too much sense to pay as much as a driver who is not staying at the hotel. Otherwise all else was fine.

He was patient, polite, and always attentive to our group’s needs. His dedication to putting customers first and going out of his way to be helpful made our time at the hotel truly enjoyable.
