I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and we had a really good city view. The rooms are a bit tight but we made it work. It is located in an asian populated area so the surrounding stores and restaurants are of asian nature. We took the subway everywhere and there is a stop nearby on Main/Roosevelt which was about a 7 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

There is no parking, I got dropped off. Was expecting a fully renovated swanky hotel for the price I had to pay. Yes, the staff gave me a break on the deposit and the room met my short accommodations and needs for a 1 night stay. The a/c was not adjustable it pointed all the air up. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar and the area is sketch, also no airport shuttle for being so close to the actual airport is a disservice to any future business. The hot water took forever to make it's way through the pipes. Otherwise it was a quiet stay.

Breakfast options were very limited and although I had breakfast included after the first morning I never went back as it was the same limited options every morning. Ice make on 6th floor was not working on the first day they fixed it after that I was told to go to ther floors to get ice and no further attempt was made to rectify it bare in mind I was there for 7 nights.

Staff is exceptionally friendly amd helpful. Really good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. Decent walk to subways, but walkways can be very crowded at times. This area of town does have a unique aroma. Overall satisfied with our stay and would consider again
