The room was clean, except for a peculiar odor coming from the rug. The shower pressure was just right, unlike our usual experience with weak water flow elsewhere. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the place was clean and conveniently located with ample parking in the parking garage. Love the self parking option.

Only issue I had was when I checked in and got to my room there was carpet deodorizer from the door all the way to the window. The staff did come vacuum it up after multiple calls and a visit to the front desk. The window was also left open so the room was cold and felt damp.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Great food and service at the bar. Airport shuttle was convenient and on time. Next time I’m flying out of LaGuardia I’m going to stay at this hotel again. Thank you so much for the night stay!
