Disappointing Stay Not Worth the Price! We stayed at Margaritaville Resort Times Square for a family vacation with four people, and the experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely small, so tight that only one person could walk through the narrow hallway at a time. For a family stay at this price point, it was uncomfortable and impractical. Customer service was also poor. When we called the front desk to request towels, the staff member hung up on us before we could finish speaking, without any goodbye or explanation. The restaurant experience was equally unpleasant. Despite many empty tables, a staff member rudely asked us to move from our table without any courtesy. The food was unacceptable I ordered a burger cooked medium, and it arrived completely black and overcooked. The server still served it and then seemed annoyed when I pointed it out, instead of apologizing or fixing the issue. This hotel was not cheap, and we absolutely did not get what we paid for. We checked out the next day and moved to The Chatwal, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, where for only a slightly higher price we were treated like royalty. There are much better hotels in Times Square. I would not recommend this one, especially for families.

Great hotel, clean and great location. I just thought it was a bit inconsiderate when I asked front desk to let us know where’s a microwave or can they warm something up for me. They responded no unless it’s an item purchased in the hotel.

We stay here every time we come to the city. This time the elevator waits were ridiculous. Took close to 45 minutes for an elevator to come to our floor. Then the one elevator that came only took us part of the way to the lobby. Over an hour to get to actually leave the hotel.

The staff was nice and room was pretty. I would probably stay again but the only thing I didn’t like was you had to go all the way down to the lobby if you needed ice. I was on a higher floor so it was an inconvenience. Also, I paid more for a city view. All I saw was the building across from room. To me a city view would of been facing Times Square or something like that.
