Receptionist at check-in was not welcoming or friendly. She spoke like a robot and no eye contact. She seemed bothered to be there. Room ok but when turned on the AC there was an awful dank and musty smell, had to turn it off and leave the room for a while until the smell went away. Centrally located to shops and time square.

The room was great with the exception of the Hot Water in shower. It was either to hot or cold. We could not find the happy medium temp. 2 of the 4 elevators were not operational so we had to wait over 15 min one time for an elevator. Other than that it was clean and everyone was friendly.

The room was extremely small.There was hair in the shower. Hotel staff was outside our door from 7am- 10am speaking in very loud voices. I had to get out of bed and ask them to please lower their voices. The elevators are also very slow and one elevator was out of order

I have stayed here twice and I loved our first stay, just not the second. My daughter is disabled and uses a mobility scooter. We booked a disability roll in shower room, that also allows for more space to house the scooter. On our first night and every night of our 3 night stay the lights and fan came on and off all night long, plus the a/c clicked between each cycle. I requested a different room after the first night and they only had suites available but refused to move us without an upcharge. They promised they would have the issue repaired. They did not, it happened the 2nd night and they offered us another standard room…which the scooter would not fit in. So their solution was to separate the disabled person from their mobility device and keep it in the lobby. My daughter doesn’t walk well, hence why she has a scooter! Having her scooter at the 7 floor lobby and her on the 25th floor is no solution. Each night they promised to fix the problem, they did NOT. Expedia reached out to them and they refused a refund to us. Expedia has been very helpful and accommodating, but I will not be staying at this resort again! In all my time as a mother of a disabled child have we been treated so poorly! Usually, NYC has been notoriously wonderful every where we go to make accommodations for my daughter! Really disappointing, not that mention kept us exhausted our whole trip!
