The hotel was clean and staff was very kind. Lack of storage and seating in room. No coffee/ iron/mimi fridge in in room. Had to purchase coffee each morning and request iron and board.

I had a room on the 6th floor, the view was great at night. Even had a little balcony but I wouldn't hang out there for too long (its very small). Loved this place, definitely going back in the future :)

I uses all do not write reviews but this was a must. First off my Room did not have a microwave or fridge, phone didn’t work. Reported to front desk, in which they had someone bring up those 2 amenities, but never fix the phone. My first morning there I got up early and showered, first thing I did once in shower was brush my teeth, had my eyes closed while doing so because I was pondering all the things I’m about to do my first time in NY. Once I was done I started bathing, now I got my eyes opened, and as I’m soaking my skin I notice my wash cloth is very brown, and I’m thinking geeze I didnt know I still had makeup on, so I continued, then noticed the cloth is getting more dark brown, i looked at the water coming from the shower and I almost had a heart attack. The water that was coming out from the shower and sink Pipe looked like dirty sewer water. I jumped out the shower yelled out to my husband to come look. He couldn’t believe his eyes, my body had dark brown particles all over from the water, he had to gather all the water bottles we had to wash me down. I then thought of me brushing my teeth with that dirty sewer looking water and started to vomit. I was in a mess. When it was brought to the staff attention they couldn’t confirm if it was sewer water or not. And all they could do is reimburse me 1 night and fees. I wanted to leave immediately but I was in NY didn’t know how to get around. For the next 2 days my husband and I purchased water just to Clean ourselves.
