The staff was AMAMZING! Everyone is happy, kind, and helpful!! We had a little mishap with the room with a view, but they gave us a view room the next morning! The rooms are minimalistic but SPOTLESSLY clean! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that we went there for Christmas and the hotel is barely decorated, every other hotel we walked by or went into for a drink was decked out.

Large rooms with minimal furniture for a refreshing space to unwind, the staff is always super kind, the rooms are clean, it’s pretty quiet, we can usually find free parking nearby, the coffee is delicious & the restaurant is great too. All around a lovely place to stay.

The hotel was very beautiful. The service people were extremely nice. I needed a high chair in my room, and they immediately brought it. The hotel is gorgeous very industrial looking. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but it was actually really quiet. Close to the airport and central park. Will stay here again.

Honestly one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in. The location is convenient for both the train/subway and bus, and the bed was really comfortable. The best part by far is the restaurant Berne’s. I popped in for breakfast and dinner a few times and was blown away by the food. If you’re a dessert fan, the Beebe Special is a MUST!

Everything was good. Staff was friendly and professional. Restaurant service and food was awesome. The only problem was that all night there was someone fighting across the hallway. Other people complained as I complained too. They didn’t stop screaming and yelling and banging doors until 5:40am. They should have kicked them from the first complain! Barely got any sleep!
