Really enjoyed my time there, however I wish there were servers around the pool. They would definitely make more tips with servers walking around. The entertainment group was amazing. They wanted everyone to have a good time.

The American restaurant takes too long to bring food, the buffet food is not good at all! Make reservation for special restaurants. Toilet bowl water in room 4249 does not fill up. The molding securing the door latch pulls away from the wall making the latch not usable. Shower and sink water is not hot in room 4249, so be prepared to take a tempered shower.

Clean my rooms and well maintained property. The beach was outstanding. Our only complaint was the food was below average for an all inclusive. The buffet food also changed very little from day to day.

Room was clean. Some of the service was lacking especially the people that took orders at restaurants. There was a drink menu which was the same at all places however when I asked for one of the drinks the staff appeared clueless. If Tips were expected jars should have been displayed. The Valley food and service were especially lacking.
