I had booked a room for my son to stay overnight as his flight from Taipei arrived only at 9pm and the connecting flight to his final destination was the next morning. To his dismay, the shuttle service from the airport terminal to your hotel had already stopped running and he had no choice but to take a cab. Uber only accepted Zelle as payment (which my son does not have). So he had to take a cab and they only accepted cash. Guess what? The short ride was USD397! That is daylight robbery! I believe he was cheated by taxi touts. It's unbelievable

The staff was very slow. It took two days to fix a clogged bathroom sink. Trash was not emptied, and the breakfast and dinner were awful. No room service was available; we had to go downstairs to order and wait for food. We visited the front desk three times to get our key fixed so we could use the gym, but it was never resolved. Overall, the experience was terrible, and we will not return.

They didn't honer the price quoted to me by Expedia ($225 per nt, they charged $348). Then the room. It was DEFINATLY not worth that price! Then, they charged my card TWICE. I had to find a cheeper room. And they did not have a shuttle from the JFK airport..... it was an AWFUL experience!
