The room was VERY cold, and the heater had very little effect. Temperature was in the low 60's at best. Staff response was to bring us an extra blanket. This is completely unacceptable!!!

There was no free parking or free shuttle to the airport as advertised. $30.00 a day parking is a lot, therefore I parked on the street like most of the other guests. I felt unsafe walking from the car to the hotel at night after parking.
