This hotel is perfect for anyone coming to New York for touristy stuff, Broadway shows, etc. I usually visit the city a couple times a year, and this is my first choice for hotels. This time, however, one of their two elevators was down for service on my latest stay, and it was incredibly inconvenient to have to wait up to ten minutes for an available elevator to get down from the 14th floor. They made the service elevators available, but it still took a long time to secure an elevator. The Belvedere will still be my first choice, but I hope the elevator situation is resolved before my next visit.

Nice location and staff. Room was outdated, had to ask for a shower curtain, and elevators were the slowest I’ve ever used. We were on the 6th floor and used the stairs because it was faster. There are definitely upgrades that could be made to improve this hotel but overall alright stay.

I was surprised at the size of the room compared to other rooms I’ve booked for the same price, they let us keep our bags at the hotel as well before and after check-in which was super helpful. Great experience, will definitely book here again^^
