Room was nice and clean. Staff was nice. However, the restaurant seemed to close early for a hotel full of people on a weekend. In addition, key cards did not work well when trying to get elevators. Several of the elevator display pads on the floors were broken and didn’t work. Made it difficult to get down and up on the elevator. No phones in the room to call the front desk or anything. Television had problems and we reported it to the front desk and they said they would send a maintenance person up to fix, but that never happened. We finally were able to get the television working properly ourselves. Hotel was not the best at following up on customer service.
