Room was clean and nice, no complaints. cleaning staff very pleasant . Three stars for Check-in line so LONG…..nearly out the door! All day and night the line was long! Also….Elevator wait time was horrible! We ended up using the stairs a few times so we didn’t miss our dinner reservations. The $35 added surcharge to be used at hotel for food, bar, or Starbucks is a JOKE! Long Starbucks line and only waited because we had to unless we’d be out $35!!!!! Do better Sheraton!

It’s unfortunate to report the property upkeep (maintenance) is in poor conditions. During my first night my room hot water - shower was not working and after the engineer inspected it was noted that the mixing value needed to be replaced. I was offered a room switch at 3a.m . After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, Yet the manager was very pleasant considering the circumstances and just when I thought things could not get worse, it did. The 2nd night upon return from the 2025 Macy’s Parade ( 42 degree) outside and settling into a new room the heat was not working, the engineer shared, after changing a dirty filter the blower was not working. After 2 long days of terrible conditions and congressional hearing with the Sheraton Staffing team, I’m simply exhausted.

Horrible experience! This was our anniversary and we made a reservation for a king bed and they give us a two double beds (more like a twin xl). The staff were arrogant and the room conditions were deprobable, really thin pillows, the air conditioning didn’t work, the bathroom you can see the mold under the sink. Horrible! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The staff at the hotel was very rude by the time we checked in and when we needed an extra key. Their attitude made us feel like we have done something wrong… The hotel is old, moldy and rooms are small. Location was good however we wished we chose a different hotel to have a better experience.
