The location is perfect to access just about anything. Rooms were clean and everything worked. I would have given it 5 stars except that the room was VERY warm for what we are used to. We were unable to cool it below 73. The property is great and I would probably stay there again.

This is my fourth time staying here. Every time it has been clean and quick check in. It was on the parade route so cool to watch in the warmth of my room and on TV so we could see the acts.

The rooms are spacious, especially for NYC, location great. Service was spotty. I booked a room for 3 and got a king with a pull out sofa (which was fine), but there were only 2 towels and no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. We called when we realized this at midnight and they were going to "send right up". After an hour, we put the do not disturb out and finally went to sleep (my son fully clothed because of the no bed clothes. The fridge in the room did not work.
