The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older hotel, so they switch it to heat in the winter, so there is no way to turn the A/C on. The room stayed rather warm. I had to keep the windows open. The staff was nice. It is in an amazing location.

Great location

Overall good experience. The beds are very firm. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. The door greeters were nice. The location in time square was perfect to most things we went to. Walking distance.
