The room is excellent but the service is even better. We checked in after midnight and the staff was friendly and helpful with everything. Valet parking was super easy. And they sent someone up within minutes to make up the sofa bed. My teen was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort level of the sofa bed too.

We had a great stay and will definitely stay again. When we got there we were upgraded to a suite with no extra charge.The staff David, Kenza and Aly were great. The hotel was clean and in walking distance to a lot of attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it!

Pros: Location, peacefulness, friendly staff, spacious rooms
Cons: Valet service
Location: quiet and central to interest points
This is a wonderful hotel from every aspect. The staff was friendly and I even got a text asking how my stay was. It's in a nice quiet area of town surrounded by lots of Floral and Plant shops. The room was spacious for NYC standards. The bathroom was a little snug but it was fine. It took awhile for us to get our car from valet, about 30 mins when we tried to leave We will still return and recommend this to others.

Nice hotel

Pros: Modern, clean hotel. Staff is very hospitable. Rooftop lounge, although small, has a nice view looking towards the south part of Manhattan.
Location: We were going to shows at MSG, and it was a pretty close walk to the venue. A rather nice McDonalds at the end of the street if you need a quick bite.
Pretty nice hotel for what I payed. Like most NYC hotel rooms, it was a bit on the small side, but that was expected and you make due. The furnishings were nice, and it had a very nice modern bathroom. Plenty of USB/electric to charge your electronics. The street itself has a lot of flower shops on it, and they lined the sidewalks with flowers and shrubs, which made for a nice walk to and from the subway. The front desk staff was always really helpful. For the most part I had no issues with the elevators, although once I had to take the steps from floor 16 because it was taking unusually long for an elevator to come up. I would definitely stay there again - nice clean hotel and a good location.

QUAINT

This hotel was very nice and the staff were very kind. We were surprised at the tiny sink, but it is NY! The thermostat was not working properly so it was either really hot or cold in our room, but they said they were going to take a look and try to fix it. I would definitely stay here again. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city that sleeping was easy. Beds were comfy.

In the heart of the floral district!

Pros: Convenient location and great value for a quick train trip into NYC.
Cons: Not much public space in the lobby, but that's not what I was there for anyway!
Location: Easy walking distance to MSG and Penn Station.
I booked this hotel while looking for an inexpensive stay for one midweek night in midtown. This turned out to be a real gem...or should I say blossom? Located on 28th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues, the entire block is filled with wholesale and retail florists. What a treat to wake up to thousands of flowers being wheeled and carried up and down the sidewalks! Room was very modern, nicely decorated, clean and quite comfortable. Even though the square footage was minimal, the space did not feel cramped. An outdoor sidewalk seating area was a nice touch, as was the rooftop bar.

Worst experience ever

Pros: Some of the staff was very helpful in helping us with places to eat.
Cons: The GM needs to improve her customer service, rooms could be better kept and insulated better from sound. You can hear your neighbors well.
Location: Good location to sites like Empire State building and Time Square.
Our stay at this hotel was not all bad but enough that we will never use this group of hotels again. While I can't blame all of the staff for making this stay the worst experience ever, I would like to high light the GM and house keeping for making our stay so TERRIBLE. After the house keeping accused my wife of being rude and hostile for "yelling" that we did not what room service while we were still in bed trying to sleep off the night before. The GM called the room informing us of a policy that requires them to enter the room every three days. A policy that we did not know of or was informed of at check-in. The only hint of this policy were some cards in the room that said we could request new towels or bedding by leaving this card on your bed. When the GM called to inform me that they needed to enter the room I was polite at first in letting her know that we did not wish or require new towels or bedding. This is when things went really wrong, at which point the manager insisted that they come into the room and I replied back that we did not see the need for them to enter since we were still getting ready for the day. The manager then informed me that they would enter the room or we could find a new place to stay for our trip at which point I became furious, hung up the phone and proceeded down to the lobby to confront the GM. After all was said and done the house keeping did nothing more than made the beds with the same TORN sheets that were on the bed from day one.
