The rooms are tiny and pretty dark. The floor was dirty. Other than that pretty normal, but rooms are small and dark.

They were extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and they made sure I was given a really nice room. From check-in to my stay, everything felt smooth and welcoming because of them. Clean room, but beware cleaning service gets VERY busy very early. 2-3 cleaning staff on the floors, and the hallways are very thin. The walls are also extremely thin!! I could hear our neighboring room opening bottles, zipping bags, all of it.
