4th time here and it certainly is handy for Times Square. Accommodation was ideal. Personally will stay away from this area as the constant crowds from when you exit the door was a bit too much for us. Lesson learnt. Any other time of the year I bet it isn’t as bad.

I love staying at this property. This is actually my second stay here and I like it a lot. I only have two complaints. We couldn't control the heat in the common area and it would get really cold at night. Also, we were not notified when the street closed in front of the building. We had to walk to the next block to catch an Uber back to the airport with 10 pieces of luggage. Thank God the bellman helped us!

While the hotel was in a wonderful location for sightseeing and getting around town, there isn’t a whole lot more, other than the kitchen in the room, that was positive. Haven’t stayed in the hotels all over the world, I have no problem with small rooms or modest accommodations. However, for the price paid for this hotel, it was very disappointing.
