Cute little spot, but it smelled strongly of bleach when I walked in. It has all of your basic needs and resides in a great location. I wish they would have provided condiments for any food I brought, but that's on me.

This was a wonderful spot with easy access to theaters, shopping and restaurants. It was spacious and clean. Elevator was slow sometimes.

Everything is very tired. Old carpet. Room was smelly and overlooked an alley. There was a step up to the bathroom. I forgot twice on exiting the bathroom, and tripped, so I put a chair in front of the bathroom to remind myself. It does look like they are doing a remodel, so maybe it will improve.

The noise from the street was insane. The windows seem very thin and the building overall very dated. I have been staying in NYC for over 10 years and this was the loudest room I have stayed in. Hotel was clean and the staff pleasant but the lack of sleep with the noise was a big issue for me.

We had a GREAT 2-night stay here! Staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a room which was one of their newly renovated rooms and it was simply beautiful. The hotel was wonderful, but even better is the location: 5 min walk to Times Square, Broadway and Rockefellar Center, 15 mins to Central Park. It doesn't get better than this at this price! Will stay here every time we visit NYC from now on!!!
