The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was on point with cleaniness and making sure everyone had food and drinks. The Front desk team were nice and professional. I recommend anyone to stay here. The room was perfect for 3 people. It had two beds and the bathroom size just perfect. Very close to Time square and the Macy's store. We did everything on foot.

Nothing was wrong! perfect staff location and food! elevators can be buys but what do you expect?! your not the only one there, ask for a low floor and take the stairs.

The rooms are insanely tiny, breakfast is extremely crowded, they accept pets but there's no where to walk pets, they added $550 to my charges and said it a glitch and nothing they can do about it
