Friendly staff, clean room, great location and access to subway, delicious bakeries, etc! One suggestion…the rooms are extremely hot…is there any way to manage the heat in the rooms? We politely asked the front desk staff and they said they would send up an engineer. Sincerely I don’t think that ever happened. We had to sleep with the a/c on. Otherwise terrific. Have stayed there multiple times! Kindest regards.

Right when we got there our keys didn’t work, there was wallpaper peeling off our walls, the heater didn’t work properly and kept beeping and waking us up, and the bed was uncomfortable.

the girl at the front desk by the name "M" was so bad at her job and unattentive. the room in absolutely terrible condition. mirror cracked, wet towel left in tub, makeup on a supposed "clean" towel, draft from windows making room extremely cold despite turning heater on, phone in room not working. overall just an absolute disaster of a hotel and service, this should be no more than 2 stars on a good day
