We booked our room and it was a bit smaller than we had anticipated, but would’ve been perfect for just me and my wife. we brought our six-year-old with us to experience NYC at Christmas, the hotel staff did everything to accommodate us to switch our room to a larger double queen bed at minimal cost,, have stayed here several times and will go back.

The tiny room was clean & staff was courteous. However, the room was much darker as far as the lighting & the Queen size bed seemed to actually be a Full-size bed. There was only enough towels for one person & I had to ask for another set to accommodate the reservation for two people.

Honestly everything was wonderful. Friendly, clean, comfortable, complimentary breakfast, loved the restaurants attached. Didn’t expect such a lovely atmosphere being so close to Times Square but will definitely book a stay here again next time I come to the city! Also, Hanniel at the front desk gave such a warm welcome and all the info we needed.

It is down the block from Time Square! Beautiful, clean, very comfortable beds and very secure. The extra pay for luggage storage after you check out is a huge help and down right cheap. When we return to NYC we will definitely stay here again.

We really did enjoy our stay at the Edison while visiting NYC specifically for Moulin Rouge. We arrived Thurs and checked out on Sunday am. We weren’t able to get an early check in (we were told because of our terrace room.) This was a slight disappointment but we dropped our bags at concierge and went for a bite! Being so close to Hells Kitchen we had tons of food options and we actually really enjoyed this area. The staff wasn’t very friendly (which was contrary to reviews) but we had minor interactions so not a big deal. Overall hotel was clean, safe and we’d stay again. Ladies our terrace room had only a shower and no ledge to shave. I know it’s a minor issue but an issue nonetheless. This was my first NYC trip and Hotel Edison was fairly priced, close to theaters and tucked just far enough from Times Square for us. Enjoy.

The staff was top notch! From the desk clerk to the security and everyone in the resturants and bars. We always felt welcomed and appreciated. The location is just off of Times Square. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to be in the heart of it. Rooms are clean and bed was comfrotable.

My friend and stayed in this hotel for four nights , the receptionists should be more friendlier, the hotel house keeper were nice specially sylvia, and a asian lady ,on 18th floor ..breakfast was ok but very limited ..No waters in the rooms and every time we should ask for it ..overall was good , we stayed on higher floor , recommend that ..because of busy streets.

Rooms were clean. Staff pleasant but after paying a lot of money for the room it seemed a little was unfair to charge $1 per bag. No fridge for water and food to store.
