I didn't know about breakfast it was not mentioned and I had to leave early so probably they did not have it ready ...but I'm not sure about that... it would have been nice to have a little snack first because food at the airport is expensive

I checked in and was greeted by friendly and courteous staff they were the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once I reached my room. The bed was unmade, there was toilet paper left in the toilet, food (looked like fried rice) spilled all over the floor, cracks in the walls, and the radiator was hanging off the AC blasting hot air. The room was filthy and in unacceptable condition. I went back to the front desk immediately to check out. The staff member was very polite and helpful, but their calm reaction made me think this wasn’t the first time they’d heard such complaints. I ended up booking a room at the SpringHill Suites instead, which was a huge improvement. Pros: Friendly and professional staff Cons: Extremely dirty room Poor maintenance (cracked walls, broken AC/radiator) Unhygienic conditions Area didn’t feel particularly safe or clean

We've stayed at the Manhattan at Times Square on 2 previous occasions and were glad to return. However, there is a lot of building work going on and there is nowhere to eat breakfast - except back in our room. The thermostat in our room stopped working on Saturday so they put new batteries in it - those stopped working on monday!

The hotel is under renovations, our bathroom was outdated and had rust around the door hinges, and the breakfast area was tight and no place to sit or enjoy it. But other than that, the price was fair, the room was clean, the towels were new.

Stop putting barn doors on hotel bathrooms. Normal people appreciate actual doors that actually close for actual privacy. The only people who like those doors are lazy designers and lazy repairmen.

This place is great if you just want a bed to sleep after a long day of travel. Bed was comfortable. Nothing is updated, we had a small 3 drawer to use for a five day stay. Bathroom has zero storage, nothing fancy. We tried to contact them several times and we actually haven’t heard back from the hotel… we left a sweatshirt in the hurry of traveling and we were told to get a label, email it to them as they had found the item in question. No call backs, no response to my 3 emails. Also they will charge you after you leave for internet service. We’re out a thoughtful souvenir and did not feel like this deserves 4 stars as it shows. Carpet was old, it definitely has a smell and the bathroom was SO small. Couldn’t close it unless you moved the side table. If they would respond about the lost souvenir in a timely manner and actually have accurate pictures I’d likely give them a better rating. However it is perfectly fine for just the week if you’re ok with just a bed. Unfortunately we’re still waiting on the response from them to get the shirt back.

If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The carpet had a terrible odor, and I discovered food remnants under the bed. The bathroom was in a filthy condition, and the air conditioning was completely non-functional. The bed was uncomfortable, and the cleaners even asked for tips to improve their service. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that all the rooms are identical. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The carpet smelled awful, and I found food under the bed. The bathroom was disgusting, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The bed was broken , and the cleaners even asked for tips to do a better job. I strongly recommend staying away from this place!
