It was a nice stay. Room is something on the small side and a bit noisy but it’s a Manhattan. Staff was nice and welcoming. In overall I can recommend it for short stay.

This is a nice place if your planning to just stay for two or 3 nights but if your gonna be out and about but aside from that that’s it. The staff ladies are really nice though, they helped me find out where is the bathroom and how the lights in the room that tell you which bathroom or shower place is in use.

Some rooms don’t have proper windows, and it’s extremely noisy. We had to ask three times to change our room before finally getting one with proper windows. Even then, it was still very noisy - both from outside and in the hallway. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working either. I don’t recommend this place, and the surrounding area is also dirty.

This is a cheap option for NYC, but be prepared that the room with a steel sink thats very small and sparse decoration, may feel like a cell rather than a hotel room.

Decent place to stay for a few days. We were out all day in the city. All we need is clean beds and good showers. It's in a good neighborhood with many food options, easy access to transportation.

The windows are paper thin and I could hear everything on the street. I had the worst sleep. There was a bell going off every 15-20 min all night. They should put a ductless ac unit in instead of a window unit

There were insects in the room, and the floor wasn’t clean + be careful when you book the room, the one I booked has no bathroom. It has to be shared. Not a good experience. The only good part is that it’s cheap in manhattan.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property...small space yes but designed with intention. Not for everyone but for me alone it was a good fit. Definitely value for the area. It was close to 5th avenue and the subway. I would go back again!
