It was a beautiful property outside of the room with unique lighting. The room itself was very small like on a cruise ship maybe. We didn't have remote for TV , ice bucket or face towels in room had to go track them down

I was very disappointed with the room itself upon booking we were supposed to have a bit of a bigger room we got the standard which is very small. With that being said I was OK with it. But soon after getting comfortable there I noticed that the sheets were stained, the toilet at the base was very loose so when you sat on it it was moving. I stood there for the weekend so on Saturday while I was in the bathroom I saw a roach I was just very disgusted I did let the girl know at the front desk she was very nice very helpful but there wasn’t much that she can do and I wasn’t asking her to do anything but I wanted her to be aware the issue if I come back to New York would I stay at this hotel? No not at all!

The staff is so nice!! We got in early and I wanted to store a backpack before we headed out again. A staff member stopped me and said check in was in 15 so no point wasting my $2. Check in was at 2 even though it's written at 3 everywhere else. We got the King jr.suite. even though the TV says the bed is ajustable, it was not ( that was not great). The room is small and there is NO privacy in the bathroom. Yes a curtain, but it's not noise proof. There is black out curtains which is really nice FYI no clock in the room. Green fig has nice quality food, but it's not delivered to your room so I'm not to sure why I had to tip....my fault for leaving the tip at 20%. I was on 26th floor "first class" I'm not too sure what that means, but at 12:40am on a Saturday night, it's very quiet so that's a great!! Location is great, just 2 Ave blocks from time square, nice and safe location.
