Nice hotel in a good location for getting around the city. The only issue was Jasmine at the front desk. Let’s just say Ms Personality. We had an early flight to NYC and got to the hotel around 11 am. When we arrived we told her we knew it was early for a check in and would like to leave our bags in storage. She told us the room was ready but if we wanted to check in early she would have to charge us an extra $75. This is on top of the $877 we were already paying for a one night stay!! We opted to just store our luggage and retrieve it at check in.

The staff at the hotel are all very professional. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is walkable and there are numerous places to eat in the area.

The lobby and front desk team were the highlights of this hotel. However, the room was quite rundown. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe at this property. Most hotels require you to use your key to access your floor, but this one did not have that security feature. Additionally, the room's lock had a chain lock, which further contributed to my discomfort regarding safety.

I enjoyed the professionalism of the front desk staff, the clean and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. Only note would be that a bedside table would be fantastic, but the layout is standard for a midtown manhattan hotel room. Grateful for the free late check out as well. Will consider coming back!

Wonderful stay for a girls trip

We had a lovely stay at the Gregorian. Front desk staff were helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is quaint and in a good location near the Empire state building which is walkable or easy access to the subway.

It was fine. I was disappointed when I never heard back from Hotels.com about my request to cancel my last night. Also doors were slamming a lot which woke me up a couple times.
