Bathroom was freezing temperatures for 3 nights it was never fixed. They didn’t care. The stay was over $900, and they only took $25 dollars off the bill. The experience was uncomfortable and miserable!

Do not stay here based on the photos. As with so many hotels.com pictures, the hotel makes one room look amazing and the rest are absolute dumps. This was the case with our room. OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD music played until 12:30am in the morning. It was 14° outside and there was a freaking gap in the bathroom window. Every single thing about this stay, from the utter lie of the photos, to the lack of heat was AWFUL.

We absolutely loved staying at The Gregorian. This is a small hotel that is well-maintained and full of charm. The room was perfect for our short stay and the beds were super comfy. The hotel is centrally located and a good base for exploring New York. We would definitely stay here again.

I’m sad to give this hotel a bad review. I came about a year ago and had a nice stay. They really need to work on their customer service. I arrived from a late trip and waited about 20 minutes ti received my key to have the gentleman tell me they are having technical issues. So every time I had to leave my room, I had to be escorted back in. I went to my hotel and was met with an extremely loud ventilation system that would not let me sleep. When I told the lady over the phone, she laughed at my concerns. Fridge didn’t work. And an overall extremely disappointing stay. Second time there and it will definitely be the last time.
