The hotel was clean. The service was prompt and courteous. I liked that I got a text from the front desk after check in and in the morning asking how everything was and if I needed anything. One of the two elevators was slow. The elevator door was partially rubbing every time the elevator doors were opened or closed

I lived the old character of the building yet accommodation was. Rey comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. Will stay there again.

The room was nice and spacious (for NYC). The onsite restaurant, Brendan's was good and the bar was hopping well into the night. Bartenders there were great!

For NYC, the room was very spacious. There was even a closet! Bogdan went out of his way to make us feel welcome & comfortable. The “ free” breakfast was scrumptious. Location was super convenient. We look forward to , hopefully, returning to The Gregory, in the future.

Poor service with front desk. Poor service in restaurant. Charge a « resort fee » at check in and only thing included if free coffee in that morning. Room was very hot with no control of heat so needed to use window air conditioning to make room liviabe radiator next to bed was so hot it hurt to touch and the bathroom liquid soap was never refilled. I would never stay or recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my stay at the Gregory overall.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Gregory. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The hotel itself is full of charm and character. It had a unique boutique feeling. The restaurant in the hotel wasn’t as impressive. One member of the waitstaff had an earpiece in her ear the entire time and appeared to possibly be listening to music on her phone while working. She was also a bit casual and laxidasical about her duties. The food also seemed to take a long time to arrive. There were only two parties myself included at the time. I was also unpleasantly surprised about a “tailor fee” that was added to my bill raising the cost of my stay from what Travelocity promised. Not cool.
