Bathroom was freezing temperatures for 3 nights it was never fixed. They didn’t care. The stay was over $900, and they only took $25 dollars off the bill. The experience was uncomfortable and miserable!

This is my 5th stay at the Gregorian and I will always be back. Fantastic location-but more so than that it’s so clean and lovely and feels extremely comfortable. A 5 star stay every time!

We have stayed at this hotel several times now and it is the perfect location. Great restaurants that are walkable and open late. Very accessible to many subway lines. Rooms are clean, up to date, beds are comfortable and good size rooms. Only issue is if you get a room facing the street bring ear plugs it can get loud at night. But overall at 10/10 rating, I will stay here every time I visit New York.

Room was clean and service was excellent for day to day bed making, water bottles topped up. Location is perfect for NY as everything was accessible by walking or subway. Front of house staff very good and helpful.

I’ve never been treated so rudely by the receptionist at any hotel I’ve stayed at. Eye rolling and dismissive hand gestures came with every encounter. Even when a fire alarm was going off we sat for over 10 min in the lobby and never told it was safe to go back to our rooms. When I asked if we could go back up she said”why wouldn’t you?” and rolled her eyes waved her hand. During checkout the rude experience continued when I asked for an itemized receipt. The rooms were fine, although the sheets had stains and the location was good. This is one hotel I will never book again.

Stayed here for the New York marathon, and the club music downstairs was horrible. We called and complained, and they said it would go until midnight. It went until 2 am. So if you go to bed before then, I wouldn’t stay here

Staff was wonderful and friendly. A+. Room was large and well appointed and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fast and courteous response to every request. Its also very well located. Edgar, who works the front door and lobby area makes every visitor feel welcome. This hotel will now be my affordable NYC landing spot.

This was my first time visiting New York and had a great time staying at the Gregorian. If your looking for a clean, centric, safe, and friendly staff hotel the Gregorian hotel is for you. My flight arrived early and I was able to leave my stuff with them as well as when I checked out

The room was clean. The usual amenities we expect- coffee/ tea in the room in this price bracket was not available. Also do provide a bath mat/towel for the bathroom floor- someone is going to slip and fall. Desk staff was courteous and helpful with directions, Ubereats etc. Did serve the purpose of the visit.
