I tried to get a drink with my wife at the rooftop bar one night. They were serving drinks only at the bar (no service to the table) and I waited for 40 minutes in line. Nobody cared, so I left with my wife all dressed up to another venue. I even told my story to the male host, who said, the line in the bar is the only option... I´m not picky, but this was terrible service.

All staff excellent, great room although a little small. Can hear external noise even on the 7th floor, didn’t bother us personally. Great location with many of NY attractions walkable, also tube access near by. Would return to this hotel.

Clean room, great staff, safe, off to the side from Times Square which was great. Nice that the room had a coffee maker, fridge, and nice bathroom. Elevators all worked and responded quickly. All the staff members were polite and helpful. Would recommend! Thank you NY Hard Rock
