Short stay and first HRH experience

Stayed in a few different hotels in NY over the years and this was excellent. Although we only stayed for 1 night, service from all the staff was brilliant, the room decor was all top quality (especially liked the lighting mode switches and the customised Echo device). Very clean, would stay again.
