I’ve stayed here for business trips and had previously great experiences. However this last time was so bad that I won’t return. The pipes in the bathroom knock together anytime the floors above you wash their hands or flush a toilet. The result is non-stop clinking and clanking in the walls. I reported this on check out only to be met with the typical “sorry for your experience, we’ll take it into consideration, here’s a giant bill anyways, tooodles”. So. Skip the stay.

Check-in was friendly with a courtesy upgrade to a higher floor. The rooms are small but extremely well appointed with hidden LED lighting, a spa-like shower experience including premium shampoo, conditioner and body wash and a drawer-style fridge. I will be back!

All 2 bed rooms are double beds not queens like Expedia advertised. Rooms are also much smaller than they appear. Also no views as also advertised. Cannot get a glass wine glass when you order wine from the bar to take to your room. Can only get glasses when ordering from room service. Not ideal
