The room was very clean, all staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is with the electric outlets- the were loose making it very difficult to charge devices. Also when we plugged in the hair dryer in the bathroom the outlet kept tripping so we had to blowdry our hair in the bedroom.

The hotel was in the center of everything. Subway entrance and exit was only a few mins away. Very accessible and in a safe area. Lots of stores around to shop at. Lots of places to eat at. Will return !

What an amazing experience, right in the heart of Times Square! The staff was friendly, the service was exceptional and the beds were hands down the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel, almost felt like I was at home! I can’t wait to go back!

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was impeccable. Everybody was so courteous and kind.our family had the best Christmas vacation ever. It was a dream come true for myself and my daughter’s. I booked this hotel for one night on my 21st birthday The expierence after the check in was perfect. Going to the hotel I called to confirm the price after everything they told me the the price. I called again 15 min from the hotel was told the same price,I arrive and carried my stuff upstairs to check in they tell me my total is 150 more then the price they had told me and they had said it was security deposit. I let them know I called twice and would have loved to know that before and they looked at me with a black face stating the total I asked them why they would tell me the other price if this price is a whole 150 more they said it’s the security deposit so I asked where an bank atm to put money it they couldn’t tell me one of them pointed to a atm behind me I guess not knowing you can’t put money in a card from a regular atm but insisted I could as I’m trying to the concierge comes up and tells us we can’t so I go back up to the person that said it restated that you can’t put money in a card from a regular atm and he proceeded to just say ok I had more then enough cash so I asked again where is a bank atm and they couldn’t tell me I walked around with my 6 bags for 30 min and couldn’t find anything I go back into the hotel to cancel thank god I had a family member able to send the 150 after all of that and I finally got into my room. The lack of help and accountability for the mistake they had made is unmistakably disappointing especially for such a high rated hotel

We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel New York for New Year’s, and it was absolutely magical. From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us warmly and went out of their way to help—service truly felt genuine and attentive. Room service was quick and efficient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a top-notch hotel in an unbeatable location, especially around the holidays when the city feels extra special. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations. We will only be staying here from now on.
