The hotel was amazing, very clean, and the staff was exceptional. The lobby was very well decorated, and the live entertainment was fantastic. Had a quick bite to eat at the main restaurant, which was great. The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff went above & beyond for us. They were also all so attentive, welcoming, generous & it felt warm coming back each evening. Hotel was immaculate clean, beautiful, AMAZING soft comfy beds. In the heart of Times Square & could barely hear 1 or 2 sirens ever! Shocked it was perfectly central for all the places we wanted to visit yet still felt quiet, luxurious & warm. Loved the food, the staff. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I will always look for a HRH when I travel now. Also the cute little aesthetic like guitar embroidered pillows.. mi loved it. Loved the iconic music memorabilia & tribute. Lighting was soothing, smelled good, felt secure & was able to relax. Bathroom mirrors were great for makeup application. Loved the robes & slippers! Toilets had great flushing power. When our tub spout wouldn't turn on, they sent someone to fix it immediately, fixed in 10 min! The only thing I'd say is wish there was a fan in the bathroom it does get humid after shower & if you want to get ready you need to wait a bit, also the bathroom door was a bit of a lug to slide open in the dead of night sleepy state lol. But we loved our stay & recommend it if you're in NYC & want a great hotel without the noise of times square. Thank you to all who made our accomodations amazing!!

Honestly one of my best hotel stays in a long time. Clean room, super friendly staff and a decent breakfast. It was also super convenient location-wise as we were in town to watch a broadway show and it made it so easy to get around and eat at several amazing nearby restaurants. We will definitely be back!

When I checked in I was not informed that there was a $20 daily food/beverage credit that was part of the resort fee so I did not know about it until i was ready to check out and looked at my bill. I was then informed that I could not use it on the day of check out because that wasn't a full day. After a little discussion they did give me the $20 dollar for the one day. The room was nice and spacious but the shower did not have any pressure. You could not use the mirrors in the room because of the design aesthetic. There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang up your towel. The espresso machine was nice but it was a part of the daily $40 dollar resort fee so make sure you use it. Location was nice. Right off of Broadway and close to stores and restaurants. Improvements could be made by full disclosure of fees at check in.
