The hotel in general was nice, what I didn’t like is the shower had a wash cloth on top of the shower head. Looks like someone attempted to cover up a leak. I call the front desk and Glen answered and said someone will come take care of it. I waited over an hour and no one came, called Glen and he said he would contact housekeeping manager. Left the room for a few hours came back they made the bed but didn’t remove the wash cloth or inspect the leak in the shower. Called again and someone finally came. The next day housekeeper came made the bed straightened up but didn’t leave new wash cloths or towels. I call to get someone to bring some up the gentleman on the other end said he would get some to me right away no one ever came. With that being said service is horrible. Fix the service and get new housekeepers who know how to clean and Virgin Hotels will be great! Oh yeah the walls are very thin.

The only negative I have is that elevators are confusing to use. Also the elevator screen says L for lobby, but all the signs says Floor 1 is Lobby.
