Great hotel. I loved the room , especially the shower and the distance between the bed and the TV. I liked the red touches. Very modern room. The only downside of the hotel is the lobby. Not very classy for a “5 stars hotel”. It needs a renovation for sure. Overall i’d give it a 4/5 which is very good.

The beds were VERY comfortable and I loved how the shower had a rain shower head and built in bench. Our room smelt a little off but nothing I couldn't live with. It was a short stay but we will definitely we returning. I was also a huge fan of the sliding door separating the bedroom from the bathroom area.

Service was not great. Had to change rooms multiple times, and found technical problems in every room. Could hear sirens when sleeping from even the 39th floor. Also one towel had a very large hair on it. Great location and beautiful hotel otherwise, with high potential. The space in the room was great.

This property was very nice, of course all New York hotels are small . I love the location, easy walk to time square and shopping. The staff was nice especially in the dining areas. The pool is small but great rooftop. The only thing I did not like is the parking. There is no where to place your car for valet parking.. they really need to work on that . There was no valet staff outside. I also think it’s ridiculous they change you $95 each time you pull your car out of valet. That’s insane especially if you’re a guest at the hotel . The parking/valet is the downfall for this hotel . Outside of that I’d stay again.
