The cleaning staff are seasoned and polite. The front desk staff however are not as welcoming and pleasant as they should be except for the GM. The restaurant and bar are a plus to have in this hotel and Breakfast room service while pricey is also a plus. The room itself was clean but the shower floor was not. The bathrooms in general need updating.

The suite was generously sized for Manhattan and worked well for three people. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff and bellmen were courteous. Although it's classy and quiet hotel, bathroom fixtures, baseboards and some carpets are in need of refurbishment.

Yes the room was spotlessly clean, inviting, quiet and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Every person from the manager, the registration staff, housekeeping and the pub staff were all welcoming, friendly and very helpful. It was an A++experience.
