Fantastic hotel that embodies the classic New York feel! The staff were all so wonderful to us from the warm welcome to bringing their specialty pillows upon request. Great location and spacious room. It was noisier than many other hotels we have stayed at in nyc due to close proximity to police and fire stations - sirens were going off all the time.
