Wife's birthday trip

The hotel was an amazing experience Arrived slightly early front of house was so accommodating .The room was magnificent. I would like to say how attentive the housekeeping was went above and beyond.The palm room was what we expected history and splendour and the service was exceptional. The shops and food hall was great Todd English you have to try. Will be back in August. Thank you

champagne and caviar stay, received a cool aid exp

Asked for ice and coffee every night. Staff failed to accommodate. Did not receive turndown service. Night of leaving manager finally called. However 10 hours before flight home nothing was done. spent 10k for a week stay with expenses. Felt like I was ripped off.

Fabulous Stay!

Location: Shopping on Fifth Avenue, excellent restaurants, close to theatre district and museums
It was an absolutely wonderful experience from the time I checked in until the time I left!!!!

BEST HOTEL EVER!

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel! The location is close enough in walking distance to Times Square without it being too close.
Cons: Nothing in my opinion!
Location: Walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. I mean, it's New York City! You can do everything and anything you want at any time of day!
I knew that staying at the Plaza Hotel would be an experience in itself but I had no idea just how awesome it would be! The hotel is gorgeous of course and the staff was more than welcoming. The only issue we had was with our shower head in the bathroom. It was spraying water like crazy and even though we reported it twice, the hotel was very apologetic and had it fixed immediately! They kept saying how sorry they were and even sent us up a complimentary bottle of bubbly which for us first time visitors to New York was just such a treat! I don't know if I will ever be able to afford staying there again, but this hotel stay made my first trip to New York all that more memorable.
