Room furnishings are somewhat dated in appearance, but rooms are very large, it comes equipped with a mini kitchen, and location is great—central in Manhattan and within a block of subway station. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here at this hotel. The staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful. Our room (Deluxe King) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was amazing! The first night we got in very late and stayed in a lovely room but it was on a lower floor. I asked if we could get a room on a higher floor and they upgraded us to a beautiful 2 bedroom suite on the 26th floor. It was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The whole time the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We loved it!

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful room, spacious, clean & loved the small kitchen. Only glitch was we were given a handicap, which I am sure I will need soon. Sosomeday, but not now. Great excercise room!
