Great downtown Manhattan location.

Pros: Location, amenities and modern updates in the rooms.
Cons: Room service forgot coffee twice during our stay, forgot to leave personal hygiene items on numerous occasions room could have been cleaned better.
Location: Location was great! Close to Wall Street, Staten Island, the Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 Museum, One Word Trade Center, the Oculus, shopping and food.

I love this place and its location!

This hotel is central to the Financial District and is within easy waking distance of every subway line, the World Trade Center and Battery Park. The rooms are smaller than average, but quality, cleanliness and service ranks up with the best.

Good in the overall

First night was depressing! Terrible room, whack TV. Next night, after upgrade to a suite, amazing feel. The complimentary coffee, fruits and snacks, priceless. Valet parking, never again. Bar people, amazing! Reception desk very helpful.

Nice hotel.

Location: Right next to the 911 memorial.
A nice place to spend a night, the staff was very attentive. The views from the club on the 20 floor overlooking the reflecting pools and 911 site was amazing.

Club Quarters / World Trade

Wonderful location over looks 911 Memorial & Museum. Staff friendly and very helpful, clean room and restaurants located within walking distance. Will NEVER BOOK WITH TRAVELOCITY again! Was charged $485.00 for first night booking with Travelocity. Decided to inquire at front desk the following morning about staying one more night...remained in the same room for $243.33 booking directly with hotel. Talk about about a HUGE difference...2 nights for the price of one!

Decent room near WTC

Location: A block away from Freedom Tower and the 9/11 Museum and memorials.
Room was small, fine for our overnight stay but I would not want to spend more than a couple of nights there. The rooftop lounge was fine for late night drinks and a snack, with nice views of The Freedom Tower and memorial. A little difficult to find because the construction going on around the area; my GPS wasn't aware that the road it is on (Washington) no longer connects with the memorial area. West Ave is closed to pedestrians on the side you would need to use to get to the cross street, so there was some wandering to get to it. The hotel was clean, the refillable water bottle stations were nice; overall, though, nothing remarkable about the hotel. Maybe if we had a view of Freedom Tower I'd feel differently.

Really close to perfect

Pros: I really liked the room size, the quietness of the hotel over all, and the free wifi and snacks.
Cons: The attention to cleanliness in-room. My 1st a.m., there was a black hair in my sink that wasn't there the day before. 1 dirty rag used in all rooms?
Location: SeaGlass at Battery Park is a must, even (especially) for adults. Walking distance to Battery Park, ferry terminals, Museum of the American Indian.
I liked everything about the stay except for a couple of room cleanliness issues. Pros: Good-sized room for NYC, including the bathroom. NYC hotel bathrooms can be a tight squeeze, but not here. The windows open! That's rare at any hotel. Plenty of closet and drawer space in roooms. Well-laid out plan, with plenty of outlets, except I wish the bedside lamp switch was reachable from lying in bed. I hate having to get up from bed to turn out the light. Fridge and in-room Keurig were a plus. Bottled water in the halls was great. View of the World Restaurant on the 20th floor has surprisingly good food. The cod is a must for dinner. Views of the World Trade Center are spectacular from the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping met my request for new pillowcases while I was out. Free snacks, coffee and canned drinks downstairs are a nice treat. Free WiFi is pretty good. I didn't have many problems staying connected in the room. Cons: Even with a swivel mount, the tv was at a bad angle to be viewd from bed. The room wasn't as clean as it could be. There were long hairs in the shower, which I rinsed out before using. There was a placker in the desk chair (a white plastic things you use to clean between your teeth), so I removed it with a kleenex and wiped down the chair with a wet towel. The t.v. remote was fairly grungy. Since remote controls are always the dirtiest thing in any room, I always bathe them in hand sanitzer before I use them.
