Booked this hotel for my birthday and had a wonderful experience! They let me check in early which I was so glad for after long travels, the room was clean the view was breathtaking, the staff we very accommodating, the breakfast was immaculate. Definitely recommend!!

Mostly wonderful experience. It was a rainy few days and hotel didn’t have umbrellas for guest in room. Understood from some staff they used to provide umbrellas but no longer did. Also, make sure you know which Riu you’re booking. Had to walk in the rain for another 10mins because Uber dropped me off at the other location.

Have to mention the staff at the Bellman desk who are friendly, helpful and never fail to make us laugh. An excellent asset to Riu TS. Love this hotel and I am back again in November.
