We had a great stay overall. It’s a swanky place and a little hands off so we had to fly solo on many needs. The staff was nice when we interacted. The bed was super comfy. It may not have been the best fit for a family traveler but we are adaptable and enjoyed ourselves.

Staff were rude when checking in and rolm wasnt ready for 2 hours until after I got there. Room was tiny, Lights didnt work in the room as it was totally dull and a tasteless experience. They also didnt bother to tell me I had expedia credit on the room until I asked. Hotel was noisy at night as they have a nightclub on the rooftop and was being used as a nightclub lobby every single night. Poor poor experience for a hotel that could have been decent. paid for a room with a view and ended up facing a brick wall for the duration of the stay. Book somewhere else… ‘Public’ly poor.

You're paying for a well designed sleeping room in a prime location. That's it. For the price do not expect any luxuries - amenities in the room are scarce, blowdrier was worn & falling apart, towels were old, and staff is scarce to find.
