Hotel staff were extremely courteous with their offerings as well as options for extending. Arlo midtown is in a prime location for walking as well as sight seeing things around New York City. The staff even upgraded me to a city view room where I could take beautiful pictures of the skyline. I enjoyed this trip and I will be using the arlo brand of hotels going forward

5* all around for Arlo Midtown. Impeccable from start to finish from the staff, amenities, location, special mention to Benjamin on the bar who always made sure I was well stocked with Guava cocktails. It was my first time visiting NY and Arlo, but it won’t be the last. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. Rooftop bar was closed for season but was an additional highlight to see the skyline uninterrupted and at our own leisure! 10/10 would 100% recommend!

The staff in every department were so nice and welcoming. We had a terrace room, which was a bit of a waste in a snowstorm, but still nice. Can’t wait to stay in nicer weather. The shower was great, the bed was comfy.
