Very well situated just off Times Square and Broadway, so an excellent base for exploring New York, both on foot for things in the immediate vicinity and via numerous subway lines for destinations a bit further afield. Room was spotless and very well presented. Bathroom in particular was immaculate. My only niggles were not having tea/coffee facilities in the room (being British!) and sometimes having to wait a while for a lift as one was perpetually held for those wanting to access the rooftop bar - on occasion, it could have gone and come back in the time we waited.

Generally a very nice property close to Times Square and Bryant Park. Just marked down a point as the doorman left me to struggle out with my own luggage after me refusing to take the hotel car service despite a generous tip and there are no automatic doors at the property - they are really pushy about the car service.
